There's is this idiot honkie patient, refer by thsi dunno what Dr KK chin or something, i dun care. I really think that he and his whole family are mad ok... really....
he come for a consultation on Mon, pay the fee and left. Then, he called the next day morning, saying he wanna do Op blar blar la, then i say, i check 1st, then i call u back. He gave me his hse number to call, cuz the mobile number they give was his sister one la. So i checked, then in unlce notes was something about nose la, he had a broken nose.. forget what's the word for it..
then after that, it's very busy, so i didn't call back yet... He call again, but not i pick up the call, it's Jun, so Jun say will call back. 1 hr later, the mum call, i pick up, so i say, ok, u want do, can. Which one ?$4800? $6800? or $8800? then they want $8800, ok lor. i go arrange then i call u back lor...
arrange finish, call back, the phone engage, so rani ask me call the sis mobile and ask any other way to contact the brother. THE SIS IS A FUCKING BITCH....
i called and ask, then she die die say no other way, only way is to call her and tell her but i cannot say. It's patient privacy mah, anyone can say they are the sister. and that day she never come with her brother also, only her borther n her mum, so how i know really sister or not? if they come together that day, of cuz i'll say la, but never, so i cannot say. but She die die want me to say... and even talk very loud lor. then i wantesd to double check her hse number. She can tell me,"i don't give other people my hse phone number". i told her that her borther gave, so i wanna double check. then she say again. "I don't want to tell u". So i say" Ok, never mind, THANK YOU".
I STILL SAY THANK YOU LEI... MIND U BITCH...
then later the mum call, say y i never call back. so i told her i can't get. then i tell her we have arrange for the op to be on fri, and she have to come on thursday AT 3.30PM to sign the paperwork.
So, end of part 1
Now part 2 on thursday.
they come at 4.30PM... then that stupid uncle do last min op la... so they have to wait lor. the bitch can read english still want me to explaint the consent form, then she ask, "Who call me that time?" I know she want complaint liao... dun care, i tell her lor. then later she say they want to talk to uncle b4 signing consent, i tell them habe to wait la, at least 1/2 hr.
so they wait until 5.10, unlce not out yet. come to the counter and make noise, yell like nobody business. and she can still say that i ask them to come ANYTIME AFTER 3.30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
